Electrical

We certify our non prescribed electrical work by providing you with a Certificate Of Electrical Safety, which opens the work up to Audit inspection by Energy Safe Victoria. For our prescribed work we provide a Certificate Of Electrical Safety & an inspection by an Independent Inspector.

Computer & Telephone

We test our Data & Computer cabling with a Fluke Cable Analyser to run at Cat 5e, we test our Telephone cabling with a Buttinski Line Tester & then we lodge a TCA 1 form, which opens the work to Independent Inspection by the Australian Communications Authority. You will also receive a copy of this notice.

Air conditioning

For all our Air-conditioning work we issue a Certificate of Compliance which opens the work to Independent Inspection by the Plumbing Industry Commission. This gives you a six year warranty on workmanship & the assurance that your installation is of the highest standard.
